seriously, the shower was broken and the floor tiles were grubby, which totally ruined my experience. I also expected a complimentary welcome drink, given my refined palate, but alas, I was denied. It's really not that hard to appreciate guests like myself. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.
